It’s the quality of your relationships, your attitude, and zest for life. It’s a daily journey you embark on because you know you’re worth it.
My greatest pleasure and mission is supporting and coaching people to do just that. People just like you, who are hungry for more in their lives.

While coaching with Arnold, I lost the weight I wanted to fairly easily, and most importantly, the weight stayed off. This has also really boosted my energy. I appreciated his approach and advice in areas as diverse as decluttering and personal relationships. I had no idea that a coach could help me in these areas, and yet he did.
Over the course of the program, I achieved the 3 major goals that I set for myself at the beginning of coaching. We started by balancing my meals, focusing on caloric intake, protein, and micronutrients. Then, together we developed an exercise routine that was adapted to my lifestyle, and which encouraged me to work out more regularly.
I lost 10 kg, I feel like a million bucks in my body and even better in my mind. [...] My good eating and exercise habits have become almost second nature! My eating habits have become much more regular, I’m better organized with shopping and cooking, my meals are balanced and varied, all of this together with a decrease in my budget! After a few months on the program, I noticed more stability and regularity in my menstrual cycle, which helped me in parallel to trust my body again...
With his guidance and support, I was able to set reasonable goals and form new, healthy habits that have become part of my everyday routine.
