My morning ritual is sacred to me.
And yet for many years I had issues waking up early. I would sleep in and get a much later start to my day than I wanted, so then I would have to stay up late trying to accomplish everything… which would make it harder to get up early the next morning! A vicious cycle.

Vitamin C also helps with iron absorption, and lowers the risk of high blood pressure. MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) is a sulfur compound that helps reduce inflammation, joint/muscle pain, oxidative stress, and has powerful antioxidant capacities.
When it come to vitamin C, I usually shoot for at least 200 mg of vitamin C a day and this super drink will take you there.
